Howard J. Nicholson is owner of Nicholson & Company. His appraisal career started after graduating from the University of Cal Poly University in 1971. He developed an interest in real estate while in college and the appraisal field was a natural fit. His major was in Real Estate and Finance. 

For 30 years Nicholson & Company has been a leading provider of appraisal services to San Luis Obispo Couonty. Our company was founded in 1977 by Howard J. Nicholson,MAI,SRA and located at 6050 Madbury Ct. San Luis Obispo, CA.
